Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Return Conditions
    We accept returns under the following conditions:
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product (unless otherwise specified).
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and still in its original packaging with the tags attached.
  • If the product has a quality issue or has been damaged during shipping, please provide relevant photos as proof.
  1. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items are not eligible for returns:
  • Products that have been used or damaged, unless the damage is due to a quality issue.
  • Sale items, customized or personalized products (unless there is a quality issue).
  1. Return Process
  • Request a Return: Please contact our customer service team to request a return, providing your order number and reason for return.
  • Return Confirmation: We will respond and confirm your return request within 1-2 business days.
  • Return Address: Once confirmed, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions.
  • Return Shipment: Please return the item within 15 days of receiving confirmation and provide the tracking number.
  1. Return Shipping Costs
  • If the return is due to a quality issue or an incorrect item sent, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  1. Restocking Fee
    We do not charge any restocking fees.
  2. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund. If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.
  1. Order Cancellation
  • Cancellation Time: Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of payment.
  • How to Cancel: Please contact our customer service team to request cancellation and provide your order number.
  • Shipped Orders: Once the order has shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may return the item following the return process after receiving it.
